1. This promotion is open to residents of Great Britain only, excluding employees and their immediate families of Coca–Cola Great Britain, Coca–Cola Enterprises Limited, Asda Financial Services Limited, Hutchison 3G UK Limited, Lebara Mobile Limited, Orange Personal Communications Services Limited, T–Mobile (UK) Ltd, Talk Mobile Limited, Telefónica O2 UK Limited, Tesco Mobile Limited, Virgin Mobile Telecoms Ltd, Vodafone Limited, their agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.

2. Applicants must be 12 years or over. Under 16s require the permission of the bill–payer to participate.

3. This offer is available on promotional 500ml packs of Fanta Orange, Fanta Orange Zero, Fanta Fruit Twist, Fanta Icy Lemon, Sprite, Sprite Zero, Dr Pepper, Dr Pepper Zero, promotional 330ml packs of Fanta Orange, Fanta Fruit Twist, Fanta Icy Lemon, Sprite and Dr Pepper and promotional 16oz and 22oz Burger King drinks cups of Fanta Orange and Sprite, while stocks last. 9 character promotional codes are printed under the ring pulls of promotional 330ml cans, on the reverse of promotional 500ml bottle labels and under the peelable tabs in the centre of promotional 16oz and 22oz drinks cups.

4. Applications received by midnight on 30/09/10 will receive 50p mobile credit:

a. Offer limited to 8 applications per mobile number
b. Applicants may only submit 1 application per mobile number, per day
c. Unique promotional codes can only be used once

5. To apply through the website, visit www.gimmecredit.co.uk and type in your 9 character promotional code. For online applications, you will be required to enter your mobile number and select your mobile operator. Applications with incomplete or invalid mobile numbers will not be accepted as valid applications for the offer. See also clause 10 & 11.

6. To apply by text, simply text in the 9 character promotional code to 85888. Standard network rates apply – typically 10 to 12p. Texts may not be included in any bundle of free texts, text package and/or talk plan – please check with your network operator. Please ask the permission of the bill payer before sending a text message. See also clauses 10 and 13.

7. You will need a valid GB Pay As You Go or Pay Monthly SIM card from 3, Asda Mobile, Lebara Mobile, O2, Orange, T–Mobile, Talkmobile, Tesco Mobile, Virgin Mobile or Vodafone to participate.

8. Valid codes received after midnight on 30/09/10, and by midnight on the 31/10/10 will be entered into a bonus draw to win one of 100 50p mobile phone credits.

a. Entrants who have claimed their maximum 8 mobile credits per mobile number, will not be eligible for entry into the bonus draw
b. Draw limited to 8 entries per mobile number, inclusive of credit applications made during the previous mobile credit offer
c. Entrants may only submit 1 application per mobile number, per day
d. Unique promotional codes can only be used once

9. The independently supervised bonus draw will take place on 01/11/10. 100 winners will be randomly selected and each winner will receive 50p mobile credit. Winners will be notified within 7 days by SMS to the mobile number used to enter the draw or the mobile number provided as part of online entry, dependant on method of entry. Due to the nature of the promotion the only details obtained from entrants are a mobile number. Thus, it will not be possible to publish details for winners of the bonus draw as this would breach data protection law.

10. For all mobile credit, the recipient will be the owner of the mobile phone that the text application has been sent from or the mobile number provided as part of online application. No other individual is eligible to claim the mobile credit.

11. Please ensure you enter your mobile number correctly when applying online for the main promotion or entering the bonus draw, as we cannot transfer any credit which is delivered to an incorrect number.

12. Only valid codes will be accepted. All codes are subject to verification. Other manufacturer's references or printing errors do not constitute codes. Each valid code can only be submitted once.

13. Sending a text message or entering details online is not proof of receipt of application for mobile credit or entry into the bonus draw. An SMS confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of your application/entry. You will not be charged for receiving this confirmation SMS. You should receive this confirmation text within 5 minutes, but from time to time, this may take longer due to operator traffic which is beyond The Promoter's control. If applying online you will also receive confirmation of application/entry on screen. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any messages that are lost or delayed, or which are unable to be sent due to lack of network coverage, operator or network error, or for any other reason beyond its control.

14. Mobile credit will be delivered automatically by your mobile operator within 48 hours of receipt of applications.

15. No cash or other alternative gifts are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, The Promoter reserves the right to award similar gifts of equal or greater value.

16. In the event of a mobile phone being lost, stolen or damaged The Promoter is not able to retrieve or transfer any existing promotional mobile credit to a new mobile number.

17. Regretfully, The Promoter cannot be held liable for system failures on websites, SMS application or telephone hotlines. Neither can The Promoter be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any of the third parties involved in this promotion, although The Promoter will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant of any such failure.

18. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or in the spirit of the promotion, The Promoter may, at its sole discretion refuse to process an application/entry. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

19. The website www.gimmecredit.co.uk may contain links to sites owned or operated by parties other than The Promoter. Such links are provided for your convenience only. The Promoter does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or the security of such sites.

20. The promotion will be independently monitored throughout and The Promoter's decisions in all matters will be final.
